Ubuntu Linux (Tested on 12.04)
--- Install PykotIcon
  1.  sudo apt-get update
  2.  sudo apt-get install python-wxgtk2.8
  3.  sudo apt-get install subversion
  4.  cd /tmp
  5.  svn co http://svn.pykota.com/pykoticon/trunk pykoticon
  6.  cd pykoticon
  7.  sudo python setup.py install
  8.  sudo mkdir /usr/share/pykoticon
  9.  sudo cp /usr/local/share/pykoticon/* /usr/share/pykoticon/
  10. Download the file pkicon from the below link, unzip it and copy the individual file to "/usr/local/bin/" 
  11. sudo cp pkicon /usr/local/bin/
  12.  sudo chmod a+x /usr/local/bin/pkicon
  13. Open the terminal and run “gnome-session-properties ”
  14.  Click Add and provide the following information
    Name: PykotIcon 
    Command: /usr/local/bin/pkicon 192.168.31.252
    Comment: Generic dialog box manager 
  15.  Click Add and Close the Window
  16.  Logout and Login again

--- Add Printer
  1.  Download the Linux Driver Here Kyocera TASKalfa 3010i.PPD (Remember to Unzip it)
  2.  Click on Ubuntu dashboard and search Printing and Click on it
  3.  On the Printing Window that appears, Click on Add Printer
  4.  On the New Printer Dialog, enter http://192.168.31.252:631/printers/Kyocera_Kyocera_TASKalfa_3010i_UIS as the Network Device URI
  5.  Click Next
  6.  On Choose Driver, Select Provide PPD File and browse for the PPD file downloaded in 16
  7. Click on Forward twice and Apply
  8. You can start printing and when prompted, please enter your username (not the email address) and password. Follow the On-Screen directives as you confirm your actions


Windows 7 & 8 (Tested on Windows 8)
Add Printer
  1.  Download the Printer Drivers Here KyoClassicUniversalPCL6_v1.53_signed and unzip it
  2.  Click Start. Select Devices and Printers
  3.  Click Add Printer.
  4.  Select Add a network, wireless, or Bluetooth printer, then click Next.
  5.  Select The printer that I want isn't listed, then click Next
  6.  Select the second option Connect to this shared Printer and on the name enter http://192.168.31.252:631/printers/Kyocera_Kyocera_TASKalfa_3010i_UIS and click Next
  7.  Browse (for the printer drivers) into the “Install from Disk” window (Just select OEMsetup.inf) and click OK. 
  8.  Finish the Printer Installation
    Add Client Tool
  9.  Download the client software “pykoticon_win” folder from here pykoticon and copy into the “C” Drive (Again, remember to unzip it to C:)
  10.  Go to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
  11.  Click on ' File ' --> new--> shortcut--> Browse the folder which you have downloaded and copy in C drive. And select the file “pykoticon.vbs” --> Ok--> next--> finish (You can also create a shortcut to “pykoticon.vbs” from anywhere such as a Desktop and just copy the shortcut to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup)
  12.  Log out your system and then login. You are done.
  13. Missing msvcr71.dll? Download it here msvcp71 (You can also check pykoticon_win folder for the same file) and remember to unzip it and copy it to C:\Windows\System32
  14.  When you submit each print job to the printer, it will ask for username and password. Please provide your email id and email password. Eg:- Username: support and Password: ******
